Plan includes an individualized program based on players movement assessment. Includes the following; prep routine, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and functional strength training. Reassessments will take place every 6-8 weeks. Player will be assisted by performance coach throughout the workout.

Virtual Athletic Performance Plan

Plan includes an individualized program based on players movement assessment. Includes the following; prep routine, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and functional strength training. Reassessments will take place every 6-8 weeks.Player will have option to schedule a meeting virtually with one of our performance coach every two weeks to check in and ask any questions.

During your first session, we will:

• Build a personalized 3-day fueling plan based on your height, weight, and goals
• Provide simple, evidence-based supplement guidance so you know what actually works
You will leave this session with a clear, realistic plan you can start using immediately.

Monthly Check-Ins
Each month, we will:
• Review progress and training performance
• Adjust your fueling plan as your body and goals change
• Address challenges like energy, recovery, digestion, and consistency
• Keep you accountable and confident in your nutrition choices
