Athletic Performance Plan

Plan includes an individualized program based on players movement assessment. Includes the following; prep routine, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and functional strength training. Reassessments will take place every 6-8 weeks. Player will be assisted by performance coach throughout the workout.

Virtual Athletic Performance Plan

Plan includes an individualized program based on players movement assessment. Includes the following; prep routine, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and functional strength training. Reassessments will take place every 6-8 weeks.Player will have option to schedule a meeting virtually with one of our performance coach every two weeks to check in and ask any questions.

Your Initial 30-Minute Assessment
During your first session, we will:

• Build a personalized 3-day fueling plan based on your height, weight, and goals
• Provide simple, evidence-based supplement guidance so you know what actually works
You will leave this session with a clear, realistic plan you can start using immediately.

Monthly Check-Ins
Each month, we will:
• Review progress and training performance
• Adjust your fueling plan as your body and goals change
• Address challenges like energy, recovery, digestion, and consistency
• Keep you accountable and confident in your nutrition choices

Access to all of the facility and use of the HitTrax, pitching machines, & TrackMAN. Motion capture for swings and deliveries are included in this plan as well. Follow up movement assessments included.

Elite Performance + Soft Tissue

An individualized performance program constructed by our performance staff, based on the players movement assessment and mechanical breakdown. Access to all of the facility and use of the HitTrax, pitching machines, & TrackMAN. Motion capture for swings and deliveries are included in this plan as well. Follow up movement assessments included.

This Plan also includes 4 Soft Tissue appointments Per Month.

Services include- Manual Stretching, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Massage and Scraping, Myofascial Release, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping.   These sessions are scheduled by appointment and first come first serve.   This package does not include diagnostic or physical therapy services.
