Kasey serves as the Administrative Director and Client Relations Coordinator for The Ghost Lab, where she oversees daily operations, client communication, membership management, and organizational development.  With over a decade of experience in administrative leadership, office management, and client relations, Kasey plays a key role in creating the professional, organized, and athlete-focused environment that defines the Ghost Lab Experience.

As one of the primary points of contact for athletes, families, and partner organizations, she manages everything from onboarding and scheduling to program coordination, communication systems, and Academy operations.

Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and relationship-driven approach, she has helped implement streamlined systems, client communication processes, and operational structures that support both high-level athlete performance and exceptional client experience.  Her work behind the scenes helps ensure athletes and families receive a premium experience from the moment they walk through the doors.
