Macon Langston
Originally from Greenville, Macon played collegiate baseball at Pitt Community College from2017–2018 before continuing his education and pursuing a career in human performance.
Macon earned his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University and later obtained his master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Biomechanics and Motor Control from East Carolina University.
After graduate school, Macon began at The Ghost Lab as an intern and worked his way into a full-time role through his dedication to athlete development and performance training. His background in biomechanics, movement science, and strength & conditioning allows him to bridge the gap between science and sport performance, helping athletes train with purpose and intent.
Macon is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and specializes in individualized athlete assessments, movement analysis, and sport-specific performance training.
