Paddy brings a strong combination of playing experience, competitive knowledge, and player development to Ghost Lab.  A Greensboro, NC native Paddy attended Grimsley High school before continuing his baseball career at Western Carolina, where he played 4 years of division 1 baseball against high-level competition.

Throughout his playing career, Paddy also competed in several respected summer collegiate leagues, including the CPL, Valley League, and PCL, gaining valuable experience.  His background has helped shape his understanding of player development, game preparation, and the demands required to compete at the next level.

In addition to his playing experience Paddy has spent years coaching youth baseball and has experience working with travel ball programs at both the regional and national level.  He is passionate about helping athletes develop fundamentally, mentally, and competitively while creating an environment that challenges players to grown both on and off the field.
